Shipping policy

Shipping

We offer a flat shipping fee of $12.95.

Free Standard shipping is available for purchases over $120, within Australia.

Regarding shipping times, all items will be shipped 3 times a week, during business days. Any orders made on the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.

We ship through Australia Post Business and offer either Standard Delivery or Express Delivery. With Express Delivery, this is a slightly higher charge and will be reflected during the checkout process. Standard Delivery is 2-8 business days AFTER we have packed and lodged the parcels with Australia Post, and Express Delivery is 1-4 business days.

At seasonal times, there may be some delays, but we are hopeful that this does not occur or that the delay is minimal. Once we have processed it through the Post Office, it is out of our hands unfortunately, however, if there are any queries, we will do our best to find out all the information we can about the package. Your parcels will be tracked, and this information will be sent to you via email. If you have not received your parcel, or have any questions regarding the shipping, please contact us on harleyjackcandles@gmail.com.

International Shipping

Currently, Harley Jack Candles does not ship International. However, this may be looked at in the future.

Local Delivery

We are happy to advise that we offer free local shipping within a 10km radius. This will be made available, if applicable, during the checkout process.

For the free local deliveries, we will contact you to organise a convenient time, via text, and we will try to co-ordinate a time when you are home. Otherwise, the goods will be left at the address, as no re-delivery can occur. It will only be delivered to the address used during the purchase.
